The best way to contact the Consulate is via email. Make sure to keep your inquiry concise. What do you want to accomplish? Are you a Turkish citizen? If so, add your Turkish ID no. If you’re not a Turkish citizen, specify it in your email. You can write to the Consulate either in English or in Turkish.

Please note that the Consulate usually responds to phone inquiries between 2 pm and 3:30 pm PST. If you choose “Turkish” as your language option, you will likely be connected to an actual Consulate officer at the Turkish Consulate in Los Angeles. If you choose “English” as your language option, you will likely be connected to the call center.
